Melannie's 6th Birthday Party

Today we celebrated Melannie's 6th birthday at Uncle Bob and Aunt Judi's lake.  Even though it was a bit gloomy out, we all had lots of fun with our cousins and a great time on the water.

Next up was Allie and Katie's turn along with AJ and Daddy!

Daddy ventured out onto the lake in a kayak and tested it out before he took his little guy...

But he decided he would go anyway!

33 Weeks

Edema is starting to pick up again this week and I think I officially can't wear my anniversary band anymore.  My engagement ring and wedding band are still holding strong though.. yay!  LS2 is still very active in that belly of mine and he/she for the first time made me jump up.  I'm not exactly sure what the heck he/she did (we'll call it a kick), but the kick was so hard it made me screech from the pain and I jumped right out of my chair.  Luckily it only happened once.... and I'm hoping it doesn't happen again!  It was not fun at all!

Unfortunately, since Cioci Kimmy's kiddos started school this week and they're settling into a new schedule - I wasn't able to get a new picture so my 32 week is also my 33 week picture.  [And a little secret... the 32 week picture was actually taken on my 33 week date - so technically I don't have a 32 week picture... but shhh!!]  Either way.. the belly is still documented!

Cake Decorating with Auntie Carrie

Cioci Kimmy had Auntie Carrie help decorate the Pirate and Princess cake for Katie and Allie's 5th and 3rd birthdays.  The final product came out awesome and tasted super yummy!!

Unfortunately I don't have a picture with the figurines on it, but still, it looks awesome!

• As I rock AJ to sleep every night, I always ask him to kiss my belly and say goodnight to the baby.  Well these past few days, he's been taking it upon himself to kiss my belly and say goodnight and LS2 has been going nuts afterwards.  It's almost like he/she knows how much he/she is loved by his/her big brother!  

• AJ seems to be intrigued by the movement of the baby and will place his hand on my belly and wait for LS2 to kick. 

• Little sassafras Alexander now tells me to 'go away' when I try to feed him dinner.  Oh yes.. the two's have been proving to be challenging!

Molly and AJ Play Time

Since AJ was napping on our way back from our playdate, I decided to stop at Auntie Lauren and Uncle Matt's for a quick visit.  After Molly was fed her lunch and AJ woke up, we headed outside where the kiddos had fun on the kangaroo climber and at the sand table.  Thanks for letting us hang out for a bit Auntie Lauren - we had fun!

And then when she did go down the slide, he forgot to catch her! Silly AJ!
