SeaWorld!

Our first full day of vacation was spent at SeaWorld!  It had been quite some time since I had visited SeaWorld (about twenty years) and it was both Michael and AJ's first time.

Our morning started off with a character breakfast with Shamu at the Terrace Garden Buffet.

We then made our way over to Elmo Rocks!, which was a cute show with Elmo and his friends (including the Cookie Monster, who AJ likes at the present moment!) and their quest to have a rock concert.  We didn't take any pics of the actual show, but I took this pic of AJ hanging out with Daddy before the show.

After Elmo and his friends rocked it out for us, we made our way over to Shamu Stadium to watch the One Ocean show.  This show was absolutely amazing!!  It's a bummer that the trainers can't get in the water with the killer whales anymore; but nonetheless, this show was top-notch!  And even though we sat in the Soak Zone, we were in the last row and lucked out with not an ounce of water on us when the show was finished!

Before the show started, we could text in a name which would show up on the large screen! There's AJ...

All three whales in sync. So AWESOME!

After our visit to the stadium ended, we headed over to wait in line to see the Kratt Brothers!  Cioci Kimmy had looked up events at SeaWorld before we went down to Orlando and found out that the Kratt Brothers would be at SeaWorld this particular Saturday and my nieces, Katie and Allie just so happen to LOVE their show, Wild Kratts!  Once Cioci Kimmy told them they would be seeing the Kratt Brothers, they talked about it nonstop (and this was a month or two before our trip!)!!  So of course we made sure to get tickets to their show to see Chris and Martin!  After waiting for about 15-20 minutes, we made our way into the Nautilus Theater and watched the pre-show of hula-hoopers and guys juggling hats!  And right when the Kratt brothers came on stage, AJ had fallen fast asleep on my shoulder.  He missed the entire performance!  Luckily for us, both Katie and Allie were wide awake for the show and did not miss a beat! They loved seeing the Kratt Brothers!!

After the Wild Kratts show, it was then ride time!!  The girls went on a couple of rides while AJ continued to nap in his stroller.  And then it was time for Mommy, Daddy, Cioci Kimmy and Uncle Jason to ride on Manta and Kraken, two awesome roller coasters.  Thanks to Babcia and Dziadzi for watching the kiddos so we could have a little bit of fun!  A few more exhibits with turtles, sharks, feeding the stingrays and fishes for the kiddos and we called it a day!  We spent from opening to close at the park and we were exhausted!!

Next up... a day of rest at the pool!
