Fat Lip

After hanging out with Daddy, it was Mommy's turn!  AJ wanted to stand up on the couch and jump off of it into my arms.  We were playing this game for a while until Mommy's arms got tired.  Well, while on our little break, Mommy decided to check her phone really quickly and AJ didn't listen when Mommy said 'no!' and he jumped off the couch and right into Mommy's head.  Ouch!!  Needless to say, AJ's tooth pierced his upper lip and Mommy had a little bit of a sore head.  But after about a minute of crying and Mommy's consoling hugs, AJ was right back at 'em jumping and being his crazy little self!

After Daddy was able to get some rest from all the snowblowing and shoveling he did, he decided he wanted to vacuum the living room.  But he wasn't going to do it alone.... he had a little helper!

Aftermath of Blizzard 2013

We woke up this morning to about 25-30 inches of snow outside!!  Even after going outside last night and shoveling about five inches of snow, when we got up this morning you couldn't even tell I had done anything... It was like my hard work was all just a dream!

Snow Girl?!

This is what one looks like after coming in from about 50 minutes of shoveling and having already shaken some caked on snow out of my hair!!  

It was crazy out there tonight... I couldn't keep up with the shoveling...by the time I was done one section and moved on to the other, you couldn't even tell I had shoveled the first section.  We are in for a 'treat' when we wake up in the morning if the snow continues to fall at this rate!

It's started!

The snow has started! Thank goodness we decided to change our flight to a day early because our original flight got cancelled and the snow has been pouring in!  More pictures will come, but for now, the birds are loving that Daddy filled up their feeders.

And yes... it's February and we still have our christmas lights on our tree!

Goodbye Florida!

On our last night in Florida, AJ had a rough night of sleep again so he ended up in the bed with us.  He started out in the middle between Daddy and I, but by the morning though, I had been basically kicked out of my spot and this is where AJ ended up.  

How is this even comfortable?!

We finished packing, said our goodbyes to the Vistana resort, dropped off our rental vansand here we are at the airport.  Things got a little dicey at times between all the kids and adults (we were all tired and super cranky we had to cut our vacation short!), but in the midst of it all, AJ and Allie decided to have some fun on the airport chairs before we boarded our plane!

It's super dark, but if you look hard enough you can see both AJ and Allie sitting (actually laying) on the chairs.  It's like monkey see, monkey do with these two!
