Since AJ is having a Disney's Little Einstein themed birthday party tomorrow, Cioci Kimmy and I have been working for the past three nights on making a Rocket cake. It's entailed long nights with lots of frosting and some very sleepy mornings/days, but it will be so worth it when I see the look of amazement and excitement on AJ's face when he sees the Rocket cake! I cannot wait!
