Playdate!

On our way out of the doctors office, we saw Molly who was coming in for a shot - ouch! Auntie Lauren and I knew we would see each other and decided we would make a late morning/afternoon of it. After we were all done, we headed over to Auntie Lauren's house for a play date with Molly and Quincy. Chloe took a short nap while we played outside with the kiddos on the wagon, slide and water table and enjoyed the vitamin d we finally were getting! Then it was inside time for lunch and more playing! Chloe woke up too so she was able to get in on the playtime!

Molly and AJ really hit it off today. They were loving playing together and it was quite evident after we left because Molly kept asking for AJ. See the videos below for the cuteness factor! Molly also absolutely loves Chloe - all she wants to do is give her hugs and kisses. It is absolutely adorable band Chloe just eats it right up!  I love how much they all get along and play together - I'm so happy they all get to grow up together!

Snowy Day Playtime

While the snow was coming down outside (again!), the kiddos and I were having some fun inside.

The snow had finally stopped, so Daddy went outside to rake off the roof.

Gingerbread Fun!

It was a super snowy day today and I decided I wasn't going to risk having Grandma and Grandpa come down to watch the kiddos.  My job isn't that important that it can't wait until tomorrow to be done and to risk the safety of others!  So today was going to be a fun indoor play day for AJ!  While little sister was taking her morning nap, I decided to break out the gingerbread kit that Grandma had gotten AJ for a snowy day.  The minute I took it out AJ was super excited and couldn't wait to decorate the cookies!  In addition to the candy and frosting that came with the kit, we used different colored cooking icing to spruce up the gingerbread men.  AJ had tons of fun with the icings and candy - I definitely caught him sneaking a few bites of the candy.  In the end, I'm surprised we even had any candy leftover to decorate with! haha

Farm Animals!

AJ is absolutely digging his new farm animals that Laurie, Stacey and Matt and Amy got him for Christmas.  He can't seem to get enough of them and is constantly playing with them.
