sevigny stories: Eight Months!

As I was preparing to write this entry, I glanced at AJ's seven month entry and it's nuts to see how far he has come in one month! He no longer has a gummy smile... [insert sad face]! The top teeth on the outside of his two front teeth have started to come in so it looks like he has fangs! He has learned how to blow raspberries thanks to his Grandpa and Dziadzi and he absolutely loves them!! I've only gotten spit on with food a couple of times, thank goodness! haha AJ now bounces up and down when he's sitting down on your leg or lap. He's tried Gerber puffs and Baby MumMums for the first time and can't seem to get enough of them! In the beginning of the month he would grab things by raking the food towards him, but now he is getting better with his pincer grasp and can pick up things like a little champion! AJ is super strong and accidentally broke his jumperoo while jumping up and down a little too hard and grabbing at the hanging object. Silly boy. He now takes his hat off of himself while sitting in the carseat and plays with it. He ate off of an adult spoon and even tried some of Daddy's yogurt. Yum! He still hasn't started crawling yet, but he turns himself around in a circle while he is on his tummy. He's also started going from a sitting position to his belly so we know crawling will be happening any day now (although I am not in a rush for that to happen!) AJ loves to play a tune for his Momma on his little piano and push lots of buttons on the cordless telephone while Momma is on the phone. He even has hung up on Cioci Kimmy a few times.. she's starting to get a complex!! haha

I know I continually say this, but the changes we see in him everyday just astound us. He certainly is the love of our lives and we can't get enough of him!
