Molly's First Birthday

We celebrated Molly's first birthday today at Auntie Lauren and Uncle Matt's house.  The kiddos all got to play together and the adults were able to have some grown-up conversation - a win-win in my book!

This kid wore these sunglasses for like 20-30 minutes - we were so impressed!

Auntie Kristin's Almost 30th Birthday Party

Since Auntie Kristin lives out in CA and will be turning 30 this year, Cioci Sue and Uncle Steve decided to throw her an early 'Almost 30' birthday party while she was in CT for the week!  The weather was definitely hot and humid so all of the kiddos got great use out of Cioci Sue's pool!

After our fun morning at home, we made our way to Cioci Sue and Uncle Steve's house for the annual Christmas get-together.  We were very excited to see everyone, especially Auntie Kristin who flew home from CA for the holidays!

While appetizers were out, Michael thought it would be funny to poke fun at Baba's silly Santa hat!

After a belly-filling meal, it was present time!!

Auntie Kristin got him two awesome books - one about colors and another about tractors.  He was fascinated with both of them...He literally read this tractor book for about 15 minutes non-stop.

Then 'Auntie' Stacy wanted to get in on the action and help AJ learn about colors.

It's been tradition the past few years to break out the Just Dance Wii video game (updated every year by the awesome Uncle Steve!) and have everyone let loose.  Here, AJ and Daddy look on at the dancers for the night.


But then Daddy decided to join in on the fun with Uncle Matt....


They even decided to dance with each other!


They definitely can laugh at themselves!
